Update from Oldest 350Z owner on the Forum: Barrett Jackson and Bazinga!
January will be a busy month. Next Sunday I travel 90 miles in my Z for Family Day at the Barrett Jackson auction in Scottsdale. I am going with my 19 year old part time grandson. We have been going to the Family day for the past 5 years. The is the day before the start of the weeklong auction. All of the cars to be auctioned are on display. There must be at least 500 on the open field. The best cars are in the main hall. These are the cars that will go up for auction on Friday and Saturday. There is another hall filled with manufacturer displays and automotive products. A total blast of a full day of automotive fun for $8.
At the end of January my wife and I are flying to Burbank, Ca. for a few days. Our daughter was able to get us reserved tickets for the making of an episode of the tv show The Big Bang Theory. I don't know if you are familiar with the show but it is a big favorite of mine. The whole production will take about 4 hours. In addition to seeing the show, we are also going to the Petersen Automotive Museum, which is not too far away. Considered driving the Z to Burbank but after the trip to the LA Auto Show I decided I had enough of driving in California for a while.
As Sheldon would say about this month: "Bazenga!"

lived here 13 years and have never been to barrett Jackosn once sadly.. our local "team" azexiled will certainly be out at the pavillions that saturday tho.. its the largest outpouring for that weekly car show in the year. You can certainly park yours in it as well if you find the 350zs and have room!
