Alright guys, I'm selling/trading my 2004 350z. I have a loan on it, owe $3800 on the car. This guy with a 1997 240sx kouki is wanting to trade me plus cash to pay off my loan. Its very tempting, only so I can get rid of the debt because times are rough. I love my Z. Honestly wish I didn't have to do this. But here is the cl link to my car

I just don't know much about "built" cars and 240's. One of my friends traded his perfectly fine rsx type s for a rb25det kouki 240 and he didn't drive it for a year and a half. lol. Please just give me some advice. Thanks guys.

Lmao that 240 would ride like garbage.. Keep your Z, if you need to pay off the $3800 just sell your mods.
Also if you're still trying to sell it, take all mods off and revert to stock, then list for $8000. Then when the car is sold, list all the mods on craigslist and you'll get over the $9,000 you were originally asking for.

Personally, I would keep the Z to help me find work to bring in the money to pay off the loan, rather than get the 240sx to have it sit there, not able to drive, and try to find work to make money to pay for repair to make it run. Trust me, you don't want to get a project car when the time is rough, because it cost load of time and money to keep it runs, if it ever will. On the other hand, you always know your Z will run, or not, because you owned it and take car of it since day one.
But it's a kouki and it kouki built. Must have kouki kouki kouki.
It's just a 240, no big deal. Lay off the kouki crap. Yes I do know it's trendy in the ricer world to say kouki this and kouki that.

It is going to be very difficult to sell your car as it sits. I'd part-out and return to as close to stock as possible. Or at least swap the wheels. 99% of people aren't going to share your taste in wheel color.
