Question answered.
I did additional research on the question @gFREAKy asks:
My initial answer:
Notice that the specs are nearly identical with the main difference being a 0.4 second difference in both the 0-60 mph run and the quarter mile.
That means that the 0.4 second difference happens very soon off the starting line, and remains constant all the way through the quarter mile. I’m sure you see what I’m getting at.
The reason @gFREAKy feels his Lexus is350 has more power is because it does at lower speed and less engine RPM. It’s probably due to the transmissions (but I’m guessing here... on the transmission gearing).

PS: And it's true that the Lexus is350 is a girly car. I'm considering purchasing one for my wife who loves the car.
Sorry, I could not help slipping that one in... Hope I don't get into trouble with any of the Mods who suggest keeping this thread on topic.

… My GF picked up her bright orange 2007 350z about a year ago. Its got 50k miles on it. I have a Lexus IS350 with over 100k miles on it. We are both putting down 306bhp, I put down more to the wheel tho. We are both auto's (mine only comes auto). My car seems like it has a LOT more pull at any RPM in any gear than her car. Everyone talks about how fast HRs are supposed to be, but I just don't see it. Keep in mind stock IS350s can do anywhere from 4.6-4.8 0-60 and LOW 13's for the 1/4. I mean 13.1 low.
Anyway, is her car supposed to feel "doggy" compared to mine? …
