How is it running? It's awesome how long these cars can last if you take care of them.

49K on my 2006. I'll take good care of it and hope for 200K. Hope the drivetrain outlasts the OEM muffler. Recently got what appeared to be a rust mark and sanded it away only to discover at a muffler shop that the muffler is stainless steel.

Didn't match matte finish of the rest of the muffler. Had it painted flat black. Driving me crazy...

plan to keep it for awhile until i can afford a porsche 911. the only complaint is that the paint is way too cheap and the Z gets door dings way too easily..

I am running the OEM Nissan filter but with Mobil synthetic. I am going to order some Amsoil like I did in years past. The stuff works great, and worth the extra $.

Scott300 had a wheel fall off this weekend, i'm sure the wheel will get reinstalled for more abuse.

My redline 350z is 10 years old, and the paint looks new.

If you are experiencing door dings, stop parking in the Walmart lot.

Well, if one or more wheels fall off and I don't have a major problem, I am sure I will still be driving it.

While mine is not as old, I agree,in over two years of ownership the paint has been great and I ALWAYS park in the back of the lot.Dont mind the walk at all.

I bought it with only 40k miles on it. Its a garage queen and only has 50k on it now. My original plan was to pay it off, sell it and use the money for a project car. But I'm growing more and more attached to it.

To the people talking about paint: I do think that the paint quality of my Z is pretty shitty. Although I dont know if parts of it have been repainted prior to me buying it.

I have an 2006 with a modest 76,000 miles on it. I expect to keep it for at least four more years until I turn 80. How long it remains my daily driver after that depends on how long I am able to drive. Hopefully I'll be driving until at least 95 and eventually die of a heart attack after a night of hot sex with my wife.

My 03 Track is still under 90k miles, but this has been the single most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. The worst thing that has gone wrong is that both door handles broken within a week of each other, and I need a clutch.

300k.

How many parts and repairs till then. That's the question lol

Being I'm probably going to track this a lot I'll be happy if I make it to 100k before repairs or major maintenance.
