You should be able to find one somewhere. The Cobb AP is what I used ( with a custom map ) on my NA build that included cams and headers plus all the usual bolt ons.
As far as the gearing, I'm assuming you have a manual transmission. While the 3.7 is a step in the right direction, it's pretty weak. I had the 4.08 on my NA build and it was awesome. Even though you got it free, installation can get pricey once you add up all the install parts ( bearings, shims, washers etc. ).

I'm debating if I should get a tune with only a cold air intake and a plenum spacer. I don't plan on getting any other upgrades in the future. I just feel like my car might be running slightly too rich.
