OP.. Dealers are like that. I see you are in NC. I found mine here in Va on Cars.com last summer (04 Touring with 84k and MINT with no accidents for 11.5) You should look on Craigslist in this area because there are a bunch with even 60K on them for about the same. I try not to deal with dealers because how shady they are known to be.
Are far as financing, try to get with a local Credit Union. They usually have way lower rates and finance cars up to 10 years old. As the majority of people of people say, continue looking which I totally agree with. Usually if a dealer clean a car up that clean and it has that many miles, usually means they are covering something mechanical and/or it just got a a new paint job slapped on to sell you on the "wow" factor with shine.
