Default 10th Anniversary of Z Ownership

Ten years ago today I brought my brand new 350Z home from the dealership. It has been an interesting 10 years. Here are a couple pictures of my Z on the day I bought it.

And a couple pictures of it now.

Nice and I had the same year and color, trim (enthusiast) as you, when I got it new in 2003 also. Too bad a distracted driver took out my baby and almost me in 2007.

It looks like it's in the same condition as it was 10 years ago! Nice job on maintaining it!

Nice! See the obvious upgrades. In the 10 years, other than the regular maintenance have you had any major repair issues?

Other than the gas tank recall problem, the car has been flawless.

Very nice!
I've got my 10 yr coming up in a few months.
Same color as yours(burnt orange seats)/Touring.
Good to see you did'nt go crazy like some of us with
changing the car(I think lol).I kept mine stock for the first
6-7 years.Decided to change the wheels&tires to 19's.
I got the fever-ca ching$$$.Updated to more of a GT3 look.
Looking at your Z reminds us all of the great core design of the car.
Mine too has been virtually trouble free aside from fixing the original
tire feathering, rear deck actuator and lifts.
Thanks for sharing your anniversary!

I've got 10 anniversary also in 2 months. Never realized I had it that long. Have actual mileage of 20,470 miles on it this date. Got the Super Black Track Model of course with mods on it. Man time sure flies.

Very nice. You have obviously taken great care of your car, unlike 50% of the owners out there.

I'll be making the same thread next year.

Congrats on this milestone!
It's rare to see the original owner of these car still owning it after all these years.

Hey Kornercarver, congratulations on your 10th anniversary, your Z looks in better condition now than when it left the factory.

The car looks beautiful for being 10 years old.

Sorry for the threadjack, but how did you fix your tire feathering. I have been trying to research how to fix it, but have just resorted to taking it in to get aligned every 4-6 months and replacing my front tires every year. Please PM me instead of cluttering this thread.

Not being a dick, but why are your posts always so hard to read / understand? Phone browser or something?

Anyways, nice OP.

Bought my first Daytona Blue Z in February '03. I traded up for the HR in '07 though...

Your Zed still looks great, bud.

She still looks great KornerCarver. If not better than new.

I've only had my 350 a shade under 9.5 years (from new), and still going strong.

It's right stickied at the top of the maintenance section? Bad alignment specs.

KornerCarver, the car still looks great. Looks like you upgraded the house as well?
