$100? Ha you'll need alot more than that. The best way to do it is to use Sharpie Oilbased paint pens. Which are not cheap. I did my buddies Integra hood a while back. 14 hours later and a coat of clear, he was ready, Daily drove it. The best way is to wrap the car if you wanna do some parts than do to town so you can remove it when your bored of it or eventually wanna sell it.
