If you're friend is just along for the ride then that's no problem but if he starts paying for parts and part of the car, then you're looking at making a schedule to share a car lol. I highly suspect this is just another dreamer thread though, so prove me wrong.

& amiable because you're nice (because you're working for no pay/pure bromantic brotherhood) & actually enjoy what you are doing
Hell I love working on car as much as the next guy, but their OWN cars or my OWN, nothing "shared"...

I'm not sure why everyone is assuming that the car will be shared? It's a project I thought would be a fun/ cool build and my friend wants to help? Also why is it that you're all haters? I just asked a simple question, simple answers would be nice, maybe a 350z forum isn't the place to ask questions about the swap. Also the greater Cincinnati area consists of Ohio Indiana and Kentucky, Cincinnati is used as a general location

Ok so I chose my words poorly. I was thinking of starting a project car and I was thinking a 350z would be a fun car. I was thinking about a 2jz swap however there were suggestions of doing an LS swap which are being considered. Now can we please get past this petty **** and get back to my question at hand, tuneability of the 2jz, is it possible to keep stock gauges and electronics? I don't much care for cruise controll...

This swap is never going to happen.
