Why is it always 300hp?
We all know the threads.... but why is the exact number of 300hp chosen for mods?
What does 300hp have to do with a 350z?
Why not a quarter mile time? Why not 350hp? 308? 333?

Allot of people also dont know why the Z has the numbers it has, its funny. 370z = 3.7L 350z = 3.5L 300zx = 3.0L 280z = You get the point. Kingbaby had it right though, its the first hp milestone for these cars.

Me and my friend were joking about this the other day since they keep increasing the engine sizes like sony keeps making new play stations. 380Z, 420Z, 440Z, I wonder what's next. They can't keep increasing the engine size or else they'll take the sports car characteristics away of the car and it will be more like a Japanese muscle car. They need to stop the foreplay and start going ***** deep by bringing the twin turbos back.

zr1 is 638 stock on low psi on the supercharger. they do 750 with a tune from the factory when you buy it, if you want. i also witnessed a stock 2012 supercharged lingenfelter edition camaro do right at 750 on a dyno.

Im not too sure. Even though you are correct about Nissan not wanting to bring turbo's back on the Z's. Im guessing they wouldnt conflict with sales too much as the GTR is in a different league than the Z.. A person buying a Z isn't necessarily going to be able to purchase GTR.. Just my .02
