I want to mount a remote radar detector. It needs visibily out the front so I was going to put it in the grill area. I need a place to mount it and there is a silver bar that is square, almost like a 2x4, inside the bumper runing across the front. Anybody know if this is a solid bar, a hollow bar, can I screw into it ?
