Default What Insruance(USAA???) is cheap?

I recall reading a thread about some insurance something like USAA for military and how it was pretty cheap. Im 23 with a perfect driving record and have served in the military and would like to take advantage of this. I did a search but there are so many threads I kinda gave up. Does anyone know the website for this insurance company.

Thanks ahead of time

Just search auto insurance and USAA will appear. I think it is for officers only but may be wrong. I am a 16 year enlisted sailor that took a commission in 97, that's how I got USAA. I am 44 y/o with 1 speeding ticket and I pay 350.00 every 6 months for full coverage and a 500.00 deductable.

Mercury Insurance has been very good for me. I'll be paying $252 every 6 months with full coverage.

Default USAA Insurance on my Roadster

The second question USAA asked me was, "Are you going to be racing it?" I said," No thanks, it's a convertible." LOL

I have been with USAA since 99, they are a good company. I rate their service as good as AAA, but cheaper. And USAA's service is tailored towards active duty folks.

I was grandfathered in on USAA insurance, and for awhile, I did compare their rates with other companies. Geico, Progressive, All State, State Farm, etc were all substantially higher.

Had car, life and home with USAA since 1967. Knowone could compare, until I had two teenage boys get license and cars. Had to swithch to AAA. USAA wants me back and I will return when they are out of the house.

I'm an airline pilot, and I had several captains (most of us are former officers), tell me they switched to progressive, so I got a quote from them and saved several hundred over USAA

USAA is for all military or if you have ever served in the military. I get a great rate 609 for 6 months, and I am 27.

I wouldn't go with USAA. They are trying to cancel my disability payments as we speak. They sent me to a Orthopedic DR and got him to say my injury wasn't aggrivated by my 07/02 car accident. Problem is, by back problems are beyond the scope of a orthopedic doctor. They will be receiving a letter from my Stanford University Neurologist Phd Dr, whom happens to be a teaching professor, that tells them the Orthopedic doctor's report is wrong. Either they yield to my doctor, whom out guns their orthopedic guy by a huge margin or I file with the California insurance commisioner for a independent review by a non retired neurologist. What USAA is trying is unscrupulious and under the table. I am unable to work and have to have the disability their trying to take away. Insure with them at your own risk.
