Default Slightly different tread patterns in the rear a big deal?

So I just got some tires off eBay, and 3/4 of them have identical tread but one has slightly different tread in the rear, is this a big deal?
They're all Michelin pilot sports
Fronts are 255/35/19
Rears are 285/35/19

Picture of different treads

Model change in the tire? If you're just cruising around, I doubt there would be that much of an issue. But it would seem if you have 2 different models of tire in a set, they are different ages? Previous owner took a nail and that likely replaced it. Is the tread depth different?

You won't notice a difference unless you're at the track

I have different fronts and rears

Don't jump to conclusions, Stuart. It could have been a guy.
