my door handle will not open the drivers side so I tried fixing the latch is what I thought the problem was but now the latch is stuck and I cannot make the let's go back up by pulling the door handle because it's broken too is there any way to open the latch on With a broken handle?

 

It's very difficult to help you with such poor grammar, but I'm guessing the door mechanism was sticking and you made it worse. If you broke the door handle, there's not a lot to do, unless you want to remove the inner panel of the door and use the cable to unlatch the door from the inside. Either way, to really fix this, you'll need to replace the door handle and latching mechanism together.

 

You're going to have to remove the door panel to really see what's going on. It's a very simple process and can be done with simple tools.

You will need a Philips Screw driver and small metric socket set.

Search the forums a bit and or check out the 350Z tech website and you will find instructions on it for the year of your Z. Once you get the door panel off you can quickly and easily find out what broke or got loose.

OK… Take a deep breath… and relax.

You have hit a known problem with the 350z: If you pull on the exterior handle, and the door is locked, and you then hit the unlock button on your FOB, the door lock jams preventing you from opening the door when pulling on the exterior door handle.

The solution is simply pressing the lock button on the FOB, and then pressing the unlock button. Fixed!

Any repair attempts past this can cause more problems.
