I've personally have seen that car multiple times at import alliance, it use to be sponsored by bridgestone by the previous owner. He babied that car, the only reason he sold it was to get his dream car (nsx). I know the new owner changed up the wheels and added the hood etc. If you have any questions just let me know, I know the body shop that did the paint job and his work is great. I love my Z but that is one of my favorite s2ks I have ever seen.

that is the link to the body shop that did most the work if you want to check them out.
and I would ask the same questions on s2ki as well, so you don't get a biased opinion and might find out more about the car. I know it is pretty well known in the s2k scene.
link to the original seller as well! http://www.nsxprime.com/forum/showth...guna-Seca-Blue
hope this helps.

That's a nice torque-less car you got there. I've driven an S2K and one thing I can say is I love how it revs so high and it's light on it's feet. Other than that I didn't fit very comfortably in it (I'm 6'2" with a medium build) and after driving it then driving my Z it felt like my Z was a rocket compared to it. Weigh out the pros and cons.
Your Z Pros:Less mileage, probably wasn't molested, a lot more torque, more room, better power to weight ratio, your used to Z's and you know how they run, know common problems, your comfortable with driving it by now and the VQ Doberman Pincer growl sounds better than the Vtec 4 cylinder Chihuahua bark (just my opinion).
Cons: It's heavy, doesn't rev high, has no go kart feeling, notchy shifter, can't see **** when reversing sometimes or changing lanes
S2K Pros: High Revs, Vtec kicked in yo, light and swift, that blue looks great, S2Ks are getting more rare
Cons: A lot higher mileage than your Z, was definitely molested especially if the previous owner is below the age of 40 years old, the car has a lot of mods, no torque means even a new Toyota V6 Camry will rape you, it's a Honda and people love stealing Hondas and vandalism, insurance might be more expensive than the Z as a result of people always stealing and messing up Hondas.
My conclusion? I would pass. You can also go by chitownpete's method. Are you straight or are you gay? lol

6'3 here, long legs. The car I wanted when I started shopping was an S2k, but I didn't fit comfortably. Went to a SKY redline instead and it was even worse.
That having been said, if you trade for a modded car you're asking for trouble. I also don't think it's an upgrade from what you have. The S2k I drove was fun, but it's not a hairy-chested man's car by any means. Felt like a Miata with better styling.
