When I installed my spacer it made my cai (cold air intake) sound a lot louder at wot (wide open throttle). People often mistake it for having a supercharger because of the whine. You can do a mail in tune that Z1 offers for 300 if you don't plan on doing anymore breather and fart mods. But I recommend getting other upgrades to feel a good increase in power and get your monies worth out of that tune or get a tune for 500 that allows you to reflash every time you install a new upgrade without having to spend 300 every time you install something new. Pick up a CAI, a HFC (high flow cat) or test pipes (you will get a check engine light, your car will start to smell and it will be ALOT LOUDER even with the stock muffler) that has a huge torque and power increase over the hfc's because your removing the cats.
I don't recommend getting test pipes because there are more headaches involved vs. Hfc's with barely any problems with check engine lights, getting a fouler, passing emissions etc. Then top it off with a lightweight exhaust then send in the ecu or reflash it if you have the one for 500 and you'll see maybe idk 30 peak whp to the wheels that you will feel and about 30 in torque? I'm being generous with those numbers so don't qoute me. In all if you did all this yourself and just watch YouTube videos or look in the dyi section of this fine forum you'll be able save a lot of money without having to pay a mechanic. I estimate around 2,600. You can also find used parts from other members here that sell for cheap to save more money. I would also recommend upgrading your flywheel and clutch to feel even more quicker acceleration and faster revs.

Dude, your the same age as me and your still in your **** fighting phase? I thought you were in your teens. Look at it this way, if a civic beats you, so what? Your car will pull more b!tches than a civic will ever do. What do you win if you beat him or he beats you? Respect? A night with Toretto's sister? Grow up bro. If you lost to a Civic tell the guy that the pu$$y magnets in your car was weighing you down or you couldn't see cause women kept throwing their panties and thongs at your car. At the end of the day your car will always turn more heads and still looks brand new even though it's almost over 10 years old. Just get a lightweight flywheel upgrade and you'll get the acceleration your looking for. Here you go http://www.z1motorsports.com/350_g35...oducts_id=2403
