Default SEC light codes

So the other day to change my plugs on my base model 03 Z and when was done I hopped in a fired it up, absent mindedly forgetting I had put the car in gear I started it up and it launched forward. It seemed to die but out of reflex I pushed the clutch back in and it stayed running. its throwing several codes now, 0223, 0123, 2135 and 1111. All except one have to do with the throttle position sensor except for one which deals with the intake valve timing control circuit. It seems to run rough when i first start it and even if I warm it up and then turn it off the temp gauge acts like it has to warm up again. once warm it seems to run fine. according to reported fixed Ive seen there is alot, and this is my daily driver and even though it seems to be ok running I dont know want to risk have something serious occur. with all the reported places to start I was looking for some advice as to where to start seeing as my budget isnt huge. I also did all the relearn procedures on it as well. any help would be appreciated.

That can't happen if the clutch switch is working properly. The sole purpose of the clutch switch is to keep the starter from engaging if the clutch pedal isn't fully depressed.

dont know about the codes, but i think what he meant was he had it in gear, and the clutch pushed in, but dumped the clutch after starting and forgot he had it in gear. i did it a few times on my old Altima. i would never put it in gear, just use the ebrake (because it actually worked...the Z's sucks LOL) but when i would get the oil changed i would forget that the guy would leave it in gear and i would dump the clutch like a dumbass.

Yeah, you're probably right.

I'd start looking at any connectors around the area where you were looking. You probably moved something, and one of the connections to a sensor isn't making good contact.

Almost choking the engine down by dumping the clutch shouldn't hurt anything (other than your pride), and it's probably not related at all to the codes you're getting.
