New 350Z Ad Bringing Back Memories
Does the new 350Z ad in R&T and Motor Trend bring back memories for anyone else? It shows a kid with a ball looking in the window of a chrome silver 350Z, with the caption, "Someday..."
It reminds me of the gold 280ZX turbo that my childhood eye doctor parked in his private space outside his office. It may not have been the fastest Z ever, but as a kid in a small town in Ohio, I thought it was one of the coolest-looking cars I had ever seen...
What are your early Z memories?

Brad seems like you know your stuff when it comes to car car. Do you put that 3M suff on cars? if so E-mail me at Kevca2LLi@aol.com
No, i dont install the 3M films, but I have dealt with them as a car detailer. I plan on having it installed by Proform, he's one of the best intallers on the east and has a shop in Newark DE.
I remember when the 280ZX turbo came out, and the ad said, "It is awesome." The word "awesome" became a part of my vocabulary.
Then the 300ZX came out, and it looked incredible. I remember the first time I saw one on the street. It blew me away. In retrospect it doesn't have as classic a design as the first Zs or (I believe) the current one, but for it's time, it was great.
