Default A better solution to stock wheel bearings

So I Normally do auto x in my nismo 350 with a set of dot r comps, and I have blown out my first wheel bearing. I went ahead and replaced with just a standard bearing but I swear I remember reading that some of the track guys on here are using bearings out of a nissan Suv, I believe I saw it mentioned in the 50+ pg thread for the intro of spec z but I'm not sure and a few days of searching hasn't yielded any solid leads can any of you heavy track users give me a hand in finding a better solution as I would prefer to get the heavier duty bearings in because I'm about to start going to any near local track days and time attacks.

thank you guys.

Nissan Morano FWD rear bearings up front, but it requires some work from what I understand. I have yet to grab a set to play with.

Sounds like I may have another Z in Vegas to play with at the track when I get home.

absolutely it would be fun instead of having to chase Kam in his s2k. the auto x is getting z heavy too with 3 350zs at the last one and we were missing one regular... also does that mean the murano front bearings might work on the rears?

Chasing Kam is fun, we usually push each other pretty hard. It's the rear wheel bearing of a FWD that has been used on the front of a Z. Fontana Nissan did it on their Z , and I have heard it is and is not a direct fit.

what about 370z bearings? or Armada bearings? or GTR bearings?

one would think they beefed up 370z bearings due to higher unsprung weight and all that jazz
