Exclamation !!!Stay Away from Andysautosport.com!!!

Went to this website looking to purchase their Veilside front lip http://www.andysautosport.com/nissan...l00073354.html I have a '06 front bumper. The product was showing to be for years 03 and up and i realized that 03-05 bumpers are different than 06-08 models. So i gave them a call to clarify which one it fits. 1st time i called i had to wait about 15min to get a customer service rep. i asked him about the lip fitment & which years and he told me that "if i looked on the website and click the product that it would show the years it fit" i said I KNOW THAT, it doesn't say, it just says 03 & up under the 03-08 Nissan 350Z section, i then explained that these lips aren't "universal fit" for 03-08, there's 2 diff. models: 03-05 and 06-08.....then he hung up on me!

So i then called back, got another rep on the phone after waiting for only 3min. this time. Gave him the part number and asked him which years this lip is made for. He asked what year Z i had, i told him 2006, then he said "it will fit your car". So i said well, if it will fit the 03-05 ALSO then this WON'T fit my car properly, i don't see how that's possible if the bumper shapes are quite different. He then said "it seems like your just trying to argue with me sir" lol, i said no, just trying to see your logic. Told him the 06-08 is WIDER, he laughed arrogantly & said "i know i own one" So i was like, well then you should understand that Veilside made a 03-05 version then a 06-08 version, not a 03-08 one-size-fits-all lip!! He then said "well, you can call Veilside up yourself to ask them". So i was like uuuhhhhhh Veilside is out of business dude...he then said "Veilside JAPAN is out of business, Veilside USA is still in business" what???? So i just said whatever, explain to me how it fits on the 03-05 properly but is also WIDE enough to fit on the 06-08 at the same time? Then guess what?? I GET HUNG UP ON AGAIN!!!HA!

So my advice to everyone is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!! They are a joke & obviously will say and post anything just to get you to place an order! Customer Service? It's a discrace to even call it poor customer service. I'm very glad i called & spoke to someone there before placing my order, that quickly helped me make my decision & i will def be taking my money elsewhere! After being hung up on twice just for trying to get some customer service to place an order for a $400+ lip i just did a quick google search on their reviews and look at the miles & miles of complaints i found!:

http://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/ww...sautosport.com

SMDH Ridiculous that this company is even still in business!! BEWARE PEOPLE!

Well, i was looking for a 06-08 Veilside style lip everywhere and they just don't exist anymore....at least not in the U.S. I did a Google search and that website was one of the 1st to pop up. I didn't give them my money...i just called & realized that it was pretty much ran by sum scamming douche bags.

There was a review of them before. Guy ordered a bumper from them which is supposedly in the US. Months go by so he calls and they say there was an issue with shipping and the cost went up. He pays and eventually doesn't get it, but it came from like the Middle East.

I've never heard anything but bad about them. Even their website is gay. The way you have to first click on each manufacturer to pull up parts instead of just showing the whole list is stupid.

I'm so happy I read this. I am new to the whole "online shopping" deal (sometimes, it's the only way to get the parts we want) and this just saved me a lot of potential problems.

It's called due diligence. If you didn't research, you deserve a kick in the nuts.

I ALWAYS will google the company before I buy something not just for auto parts.

One time I bought a watch and it turned out to be about 5 years old. WTF.
