This is very true. I think we all knew Anthony would not come through.
I think there should be a sticky in the matkeplace spelling out never to send a PayPal payment as a gift. Sometimes honest sellers do this and it works out but there is always an exception to the rule.
It was very clear that when he did the original payment with his GF account he was trying to scam Zorkan for the rest of the money.
And again, I am 100% sure that he was going to call that money back as soon as this thread went away.
I just cannot understand how some people are so DENSE not to get how bad this is getting for them. And I cannot understand either how come no-one has gone to his address to physically hurt him.
I believe he actually chooses people that are FAR FAR away so he can avoid personal confrontations.
To paraphrase.... negotiations were attempted, OP is still owed $600, and I withdrew from mediation after a still mate was reached.
