I have a big scuff on the interior plastics where the glovebox is on a normal car. ive been thinking about replacing it but im not sure if there is an airbag behind there. can anyone clear this up?

 

Upper or lower section?

If it's the upper it has the airbag attached to it. Very replaceable, just swap the airbag over to the new panel.

If it's the upper, I may be interested in it. I want a damaged one to cut up and install my battery kill.

 

no, lower, as in the section that has the cup holder in it.
