Question Good deal on the table??

Well after trying my best to deal with my local dealer I decided to head down the road and try someone else. I'm looking at a Silvertone 04 Touring model with the small options and Aero package. It MSRP's at 35,008. They have come down to 32,260. That is 700 less than the other dealer and it has 700 dollars worth of more options, like the aero. Does that price seem good to you guys?
Thanks Mike
