I SOLD THE Z

got a mazda protege mazdaspeed. Only car i could get. no other dealer would touch the Z. my neg equity was 7000 i got 26 for it so i paid 26000 for a 19000 dollar car. It sux but so worth it in the long run. I won't have to replace the tires every 10,000 mile now either, freakin cupping!!!!!

All i need now is 3 grand and i'll be right up there with the Z again. gotta love FI!!!!

Don't worry though i am not going anywhere. I plan to buy another one in a couple of years and until then i will be here watching and waiting for the perfect 350Z and bringing you deals you can't pass up!

 

Not trying to be a ***** or anything and its cool that you got something else that wont have problems. My Z hasn't had a single problem. Your comment about 3 grand and being back with the Z just doesn't make sense, you might have similar horsepower but it will still look like a protege

You loved the Z but got rid of it because of the Tire Feathering issues? Many early 03 owners had this issue corrected.
Couldnt you have just corrected the feathering?

customer service, had it corected and it feathered faster the second time, no one would do anything about it and i refuse to pay for something that was broken to begin with. My dealer and NNA were crap, i have a grudge against nissan now that will hopefully disappear when i go to buy anotherone in a couple of years. Such a beautiful car, but the one i got was a peice of junk for 36,000 dollars!

 

I got rid of mine for the same reasonings (mostly horrible customer service and warranty backing - terrible dealers).

personally i owned my z for 1 year (march 1) and i only have praise. the car has given me zero problems. (my daily driver) and its been all wonderful.

maybe people are just confused that you went -$7000 to get "lesser" of a car, when ~$1000 in suspension mods would have fixed the feathering issues? *confused myself*
