Not because I'm poor and cant afford it (that one kid that complained about how z/g are over priced.) Or that i have bad credit (same kid with shitty credit.)
But because i cant find the right car! Haha I'm looking for a 350z in silver or white with manual, clean title, and well taken care of. All the ones i see are autos and rebuilt title and bashed on. Same with the g. Just when i think i got one with the color i want, the tran i want. BAM rebuilt title. Haha car shopping is hard when youre picky.

buy a Z cheap enough that you have excess money to modify it to your liking that is what i did.
I know what you mean! Just bought my Z about a week ago after 3 weeks of EXTENSIVE searching. Searchtempest was my go-to, but also checked eBay and autotrader. If you're looking for the ultimate clean car, I found an '06 Enthusiast with only 5,000 miles in Monticello, KY. One owner, garage kept, showroom condition. It was the gunmetal silver color, 6MT. i wanted a new 370, it was harder than i thought. no one wanted to sell me the 370 i wanted, they wanted to keep trying to have me buy whatever they had in stock rather than what i wanted....i understand what they are trying to do, but im not buying a new car because its convenient for the sales man, im buying the car i want to buy damnit
i said screw it, i will spend half the $$ on a used 350z. it took me many weeks to find mine. i wanted a white enthusiast or above, with 60k or less that was an auto....That was hard to find, it was mostly old man gray ones and black track models.

Last year I picked up a 350z overnight...
I was driving a 66' BelAir that I restored. I drove it everyday to school and work but it wasn't so reliable.... I don't know what possessed me... But I really wanted a 350z. I ended spending 21k for an BASE 08' Z with 75k Miles.... I got extended warranty.
Payment is $400 a month.. Money I could be using on a BMW payment..
Let's not count insurance cost for an 18 year old male to drive a 350z.... Jesus Christ..

It took me 2 weeks of searching nightly with little sleep. Going to lot after lot and searching every where and only found 1 used on in my area. Bad part about the area I live in is most people want lifted trucks with big tires. They look at my car and say its so nice because 98% of people don't even know what it is.
Had 2 people today tell me it looked like a porsche. Keep at it you will find what you're looking for....eventually....maybe... Good luck !

lol i knew someone would say something about that.....i mean literally every grey 350 i have seen around my town, when u look who's driving, its always an old man. lol...i was trying to find a brickyard model but didnt find a single one
