My Klein, once de-NISMO'd is legal race weight and not a spec of carbon on it (well, the bottle cage is CF). Full DuraAce. New Shimano SPD pedals and new shoes for the season still in Nashbar box.

Now, if only the fata$$ owner/rider was up to the potential. Sigh....

Probably would have been stolen, but I did get a few later. And it doesn't work as well when you are going with other people who don't have bikes lol. I actually ran there one time because I missed the bus and they had already left.

 

Since we're talkin bikes..... I haven't ridden the road bike in over a year I think, or the DH bike since summer of '13 though. Hoping to go ride today now that the weather is nice. Cold front came in and it's 55 degrees. It got hot quick and I thought it was going to be a struggle since I haven't ridden since November in the freezing cold on the Pivot I'll post below. Really want to get one because it was so much fun, but I can't justify $5k for it at the time. I'll keep sluggin the bigger bike in the background around for awhile I guess.

Went to look at a silver one. The guy tracked it. Had some mods including lifters and cams. Wanted 11k for it, wont go lower. Such a shame. Couldve been a nice one once i took of the crazy stupidly loud single 3" exhaust.

The search continues. Have a few i want to look at but its always one thing or another the makes me think twice about looking at them.

 

if money isn't an issue then i would definitely recommend waiting till you can find an 07-08 Z, and don't convince yourself "it's the one" before even seeing the car, itll cloud your judgement lol

I forgot this was a thread for you to find a Z! Hahahaha! Almost all Zs will have some mod to them. I wouldn't mess with internally modded ones though. I bought my HR with JWT Pop chargers and teh tints.

I agree whole heartedly with Frank. DO NOT take cash with you day of (or check/financing) that way you leave yourself with legit walk away ability. Just be patient and don't push something that doesn't feel 100% like what you want. you WILL regret it at some point.
