Trying to make my 08 350z hit 500-600 hp
Any advice?
you will need about 12k if you decide to do a simple ls1 swap in your Z doing it yourself... and sell off your HR motor you'll get some money back.
you won't be near 500-600 whp yet....you'll need to get a turbo kit probably a custom made one because of tight space inside 350z.....$$$
yeah 5k is not enough......
find a greddy twin turbo kit used on this forums for the hr and turn the boost up to like 15 psi on stock internals you'll have 500 whp for 1 good day before the engine blows up lol

if you get the right ls motor (preferably and ls2 or ls3) with cam and heads you would get closer to that 500 number. my buddy with a g35 has the ls2 from a GTO in his and he hit 430 whp
