Default Flywheel/clutch issue?

Okay so I have an 06 350z performance model. Recently I've been having a bit of an issue every now and then when I push my clutch to the floor and release I hear 1 click not multiple just 1 when its a little more than half way released. Problem 2, I think is my fly wheel when I'm idling or going through first and second get I can hear the fly wheel it's a very slight grinding notice almost, but when I push is the clutch the sound stop, are these issues to be concerned with or just normal sounds the car makes, I'm a new z owner and don't know much any info helps thanks.

Normal with our z.

The dual mass flywheel is known for these sounds.

Some driveline noise is normal. My clutch pedal would click/pop just like you described and I lubricated my clutch pedal and it went away.
