I've been a long time member and this is my first post
First of all, I want to thank the my350z community for providing very informative threads that have helped me and will continue to help me throughout this build.
It's always been a dream to build my 350z aka Sally. Now that I have the time and means to accomplish this feat, I would love to share it with everyone here.
So it all began in July 15 2006, Sally was purchased and the plan of building her started.
Slowly I did little modifications: Double Din, ProClip for iPhone.
Yes, I'll admit it. I went through my ricer stage :X LOL
... but lets not talk about that now... XD
Painted my stocks, got the loudest exhaust for the Z's, top speed... nuuuu!!!
In November 4, 2014 I was involved in an accident. An older couple had cut me off when I had the right of way. Both parties were okay. No injuries, but Sally was badly hurt.
Decided to put all the insurance money to buy aftermarket parts.
Got carbon fiber fenders and hood as well as the Nismo v2 front bumper.
Brought the carbon fiber parts to my buddies shop and had them painted a candy blue.
I also got the Nismo v2 side skirts and had them painted at my buddies shop as well.
Ended up going with the Master Grade Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser. Thank you again for the threads that helped with this install!!
From here, I really wanted to have Sally on an air suspension.
So I went with D2 Air Suspension on Accuair Switchspeed management. Planning on going with e-level soon.
Please excuse the mess!! Trunk setup coming soon!!!
Hello again!! This is how Sally sits as of now when she is aired out. Ride on the D2 bags feel better than the stock setup New wheels coming soon!
My wing also recently came in, we goin take flight!! XD
This thing is huge, 1750mm! Unfortunatly not too satisfied with the finished product of the wing. It does seem really scratched
Regardless, it will look ridiculous on her!
Went and had my wheels to be measured. These wheels will have a gold finish with polished hardware. EMMMERGGGERRRRDD can't wait
Planning on running 19x9.5 in the front and 19x11.5 in the rear. Lawd please help these wheels fit XD
depending on offset.. it will fit... tire size will be in the stretch category....
Looking good so far...
I am very nervous lol. The offset seems positive, I need to get the specs from my buddie again. The otter barrel will be 4" and the front outter barrels will be 3"
When the wheels are finally finished, I'll be heading out to 714 tires to get the right stretch
