I recently submitted an order for test pipes on intensepower.com I believe they are made by topspeed!
Anyway I ordered on June 1 2015 and it's now June 23 2015! I have called three times and was told every time that they would ship out within the week! Not in a real hurry to get them but was curious if anyone had worked with this company before and maybe thoughts on what I should do!
The money still hasn't even been pulled from my account but not sure if I should cancel the order or what would be best

No I did not.. He has told me I would every time I called.

I would cancel the order today. It shouldn't take that long to get test pipes. I received my Invidia test pipes within five days of ordering them. In my opinion, test pipes are test pipes unless they're made from Titanium.

 

3rd* Cancel the order. There are plenty of reliable sources for test pipes that will get them to you in a reasonable amount of time.
