Default Oil pressure high. 120psi @ 2500 or less rpm

At idle my oil pressure gauge reads 100 psi.
Light throttle 120 psi.

I parked the z about 5 months ago because of an oil leak.
2 Months ago I took it out. Drove it to see where the leak was coming from.
Never leaked again. Been driving it until now a couple times a week.

What do you guys think? Oil pressure sensor?
Thanks for the input

While I don't ever recommend the "throw parts at it" method of diagnosis & repair, in this case, I'd suggest just changing the pressure sender. About a $20 "fix".

Based on this last comment about the key in-engine off, it doesn't sound like a physical problem (per se). Figure it this way, if the sender fixes the prob (which I'm 80+% plus sure it will), you're done. If not, tow it.

I also had the same problem, but my problem ended up being the guage in the dash of my car... try to smack or flick it and if the guage moves around thats your problem. About 30 bucks on ebay to replace.

I would definitely say that you are ok to drive it, its either the sending unit or the gauge.
