Zombie thread. Please stop feeding the trolls. I don't mean just you Trav, I mean me and everyone else who either tried to offer help on the first request - which resulted in mass thread duplication and worse-than-Siri re-directions - or indulged in pointless flaming.

/thread

Please.

Default What 350z exhaust system will allow the most power to my car?

I am looking to buy a new exhaust system with a budget of 1200, what system will allow the most horsepower gain to my car?

+1. What are you really expecting? People who expect real gains from bolt-on's are just fools.

Just drill holes in your muffler to make it louder.

Nothing.

$1200 won't make any noticeable power.

If it's an exhaust you really want/need, buy one based on the sound and appearance you like. There are plenty of threads on this site and YouTube with pics/vids/sound clips. My personal preference is the Nismo S-Tune, but they're no longer made and tough to find. Not too loud, well-built, and it looks good. Look around, no one else knows your taste.

If you've only got $1200 for all your mods, you might consider some better (lightweight 18") wheels and tires, like the Rays V1 Track wheels, or maybe some aftermarket swaybars. In both cases, you'll see real improvements.
