I sent them an email over the weekend and no response today. My order still says "processing". Paid for two day air and no one there is taking any steps for customer service there. What up with that? I know a couple of them are on here so if you see this, what's the status on order: 100008568?

 

When was it ordered? you do know 2 day shipping means 2 day business shipping upon receiving and successful processing of the order right? Meaning if you ordered Thursday afternoon through Friday anytime. It probably won't be processed till tomorrow sometime. Have you called them? 512.821.9848

 

I ordered it as stated in the first sentence "over the weekend" so Saturday to be more exact. Also i'm not 3 years old or some scum bum retard that expects things to be shipped when i say so regardless of their policies, I'm aware what two days mean. I just figured with today being monday that it would be past "processing" and in "shipped" status... "It probably won't be processed till tomorrow sometime. I don't know where you are getting the processing part from, for its UPS or USPS , they could be the problem

The processing part came from the website under my account. I'll give em a shout in the morning. I read around and typically if it's USPS I found it will stay "processing" even it it shipped.. and not you terramare but for the 2nd idiot who responded after the first idiot, even when I order parts from Amazon, it goes out for shipment same day and I get it 2 days later. So quit your pamper crybaby guru **** up and read and understand what I said. I heard a lot of ******** are on here and I don't give a damn who wants to talk ****. A simple question, simple answer all is needed. I talk back too.

 

And it's not "getting mad at a response" it's the smart *** respond I can't stand. And it's only stupid to you because you can't read, you see the words but not paying attention. Skit and respond is all you did

 

- 1 business day to process the order (Monday at the soonest; I'm sure you can acknowledge that yours isn't the only order to fulfill over the weekend)

- 2 business days to ship (as per your request)

- Wednesday delivery at the earliest. Past that would be the time to call the company and discuss your concerns since you are a paying customer.

 

Uprev ships UPS. No one there works on the weekend, so they didn't even see your order until today. Two day shipping is once it actually ships... That could take a couple days. Who knows. They are extremely busy right now with the ARC release for the 370/g37's so some orders might not get processed as soon as they should. Too bad you didn't order it from one of their protuners who has the magic cell number that always gets answered, and could have made sure the order went out on time.

I simply did not know who you were until I saw you dated back many years from an old post I found googling for cheese so you or someone said cheese in a nissan post hahaha. Austin isn't that far from you, I would recommend driving down to Uprev HQ and having Omar tune it there. He does all their tuning and just happens to be the guy that all the other protuners call when they need help...

 

I said probably and after seeing thier prices I dont believe I will use them. Not down for hourly when their are others that charge a flat lower rate for 3 runs. I went to uprev's site, there are dozens in the dallas area actually lol. Plus I can do some basic tune with the car such as richen up a bit with this intake they put on this car before I bought it, just tires out up top

 

he charged me $700 and it took him about 4 hours... wonder if he changed his pricing.

 

Talked to them and the Ark license held them up as the servers freaked smooth out so orders for yesterday are going out today.

 

Yea his hourly is outrageous. Nothing against him or anything. He just too high when there others I've called and the are like $400 for 3 pulls
