Default Window Problem 350z

I recently bought a 2006 350z and I noticed a problem with the passenger window, when I open it, the window pops down but when i close it the window does not go back up. I have tried resetting the motor but it has not been working. any suggestions?

Welcome and this is a known problem with the Z33. Do a search and you'll find detailed threads, including a DIY on replacing the window motor.

Ah, yes. What you'll want to do is disconnect the prismflaggle valve behind the passenger side rear speaker. I had the same problem you did and doing this fixed the window motor instantly. Report back.

My suggestion would be to replace the window motor. It's very easy to do. Should take you about 30-40 minutes.

If you bump the switch to lower the window just a little, it won't move when you open/close the door. If you do it just right, you can't even tell it's not all the way up. It doesn't leak when it rains, and it doesn't make any wind noise. What it does do is keep from wearing out the motor.
