Default Rat Problem - chewing hoses - what hoses are these?

Hey so we have a rat problem - they chewed my wife's fuel line on her car 2 times 2 months apart. That was expensive to replace both times. probably spent about $1k on that.

Last night my car got attacked. They chewed some cables which i think are vacuum cables but i dont really know. see these attached pics and hopefully someone can tell me what i need to buy to replace these. In the photos i attached i've circled the hoses that have holes in them. These seem easy enough to replace. The red arrows in the images are where there are teeth marks but dont seem to have any holes (that i can see).

I feel like i may need to replace those too just in case! what should i buy and where? I have a 2003 350z! Thanks!

thanks for the reply and the help!

its crazy when i started my car to leave work last night i heard this hissing sound, thought maybe i had a flat tire because thats what it sounded like. i then popped the hood and could hear it in the engine bay...i thought something was blowing air but when i found where the noise was coming from i put my finger over the hole and it stopped. so i guess it was sucking air in. i put some electrical tape around it for now which seems to be ok but i havent driven it home from the office. we live 8mins from our office so its not too far but i just sprayed the engine bay with coyote **** and left it there. i need to get these hoses so i can get my car back in order.

Get some mothballs and stick them in little mesh bags and place them in a few strategic locations in the engine bay and back end of the car (just keep them away from the interior vent intakes.) Rodents hate mothballs.

Go to your local shelter and adopt a dog or cat. The rats will move on.

Pellet gun/bait/wait. There's a nice youtube video of someone doing this with squirrels, but same concept and instant gratification for each one you shoot.

this is at our office and we actually even have bobcats roaming around here. it doesnt matter there are just so many rats. we've put out bait stations, poison, mothballs, coyote urine, and they just keep on coming. they also were in our building in the attic and chewed the video security cables several times. i've had pest company out and spent nearly $2k to have that fixed which it did but now they are more fierce outside the building.

i've owned my z since 2004 and i've never had any issues with it (no major ones) until these GD rats started chewing on hoses in our engines.

Damn! I'd like to see a photo of a bobcat chewing on a vacuum hose. Oh, wait!

Don't worry, it survived unscathed.

That's a Lynx and that thing's big. I wouldn't feel cool taking the trash out at night with stuff like that walking around my building. That's pretty crazy.. i guess I'd get used to it though.
