Default 350z 06 ground wiring harness Alternator

So two thanksgivings ago, car started making a knocking noise, talked to a mechanic friend said the car sounds like a spun rod, so offered to pay him to fix it. As a Nissan mechanic he decided the job was to large for his work schedule, found another friend to fix it. Well six months go by and car barely taken apart due to his schedule and life, so finally we get a call and told that the job is too big for him. So we go and get the engine and fix the rod issues in 4 hours and completely put the engine back together. Everything is done correctly. However we weren’t there when the car was taken apart and have no clue how to put it together unless in a manual. So here we are now, we have connect more parts on the car, and go to a harness that leads from the battery’s positive to the alternator ground. We can’t figure out where the other ground on the alternator ground wiring harness goes. We have been trying to piece the car back together for two years now, and with the schedules it’s hard. So I’m here asking if there might be anyone in this forum that knows where to connect both grounds on alternator harness, one is in the middle of the wiring kit and one is on the very ending of wiring kit.
