Stuck Caliper or bad axle?
The car will go into gear and rock back and forth but other than that won't budge. basically it feels like someone put a brick/chalk/stopper behind my back wheel and i can't go forward or reverse. The car goes into gear fine forward and reverse. I gave it some serious gas but didn't want to break anything. I have the akebono upgrade caliper and rotors. The car has been sitting for 2 weeks.
Is it a stuck caliper? I would believe I would be able to move but with strong resistance if it was a seized caliper right? Parking brakes were engaged for 2 weeks with no driving. Could it be something with the axle since there is a ton of resistance?

If the caliper is stuck, you'll be able to feel a noticeable difference in heat around the wheel of the stuck caliper vs the other 3 after a moderately long drive (~10 minutes on the freeway).
Maybe the pads seized / rusted to the rotors? I know if my rotors get wet (like after washing the wheels) and sit for a few days they will get slightly stuck due to surface rust.
I'd jack the car up, remove the wheels and brake pads. At that point you can check for a stuck caliper.

not sure what happened, i think like post above me stated the caliper just stuck to rotor after the rain and it sat for a while also. Ended up dumping clutch in reverse to break it loose.

Happens with my Evo right after washing it and then not driving it for many weeks. Surface rust forms on the rotors and makes it "stick" to the pads, once you move the car its fine.
