Default Stuck at work w/ my clutch pedal stuck

I'm at work right now and as i was driving back from lunch my clutch popped and got completely stuck, and is now completely pushed in.

The car turns on ok if i put it in neutral, but as soon as i try and put it in first while the car is turned on it becomes impossible to put into any gear (tried 5th to see what was going on and all i got was a huge grinding noise.

Anyway i'm stuck at work a couple of miles away, anyone have any insight as too what the hell might have happened?

Am i completely fuked and out of a clutch?

Your either leaking clutch fluid or your clutch is goners...
I had the same problem but in a different car and i topped up the clutch fluid and was able to drive.

Yeah it's in the compartment opposite the battery.

Good idea to take her car as getting frisky in the Z can get abit uncomfortable

So wait...across as in the front of the car by the headlight? or opposite as in the part that says brake fluid with the plastic cover on it?

Also what if it does have liquid, but i haven't replaced it EVER? I have 70k miles on it, would that be a major issue?

How many miles on the car?
Sounds like time for a new clutch.

If there is a leak you should be able to top up fluid and step on the clutch a few times then you should be able to shift gears.

If fluid is full it might be your clutch slave cylinder that needs replacing.
have you got warranty? i say you need to tow it to a dealership or mechanic

mmost likely u should replace ur slave and clutch Master cylinder....
somewhere is leaking and its better to just replace both at the same time..

andif there is a leak u cant just throw fluid in there and pump the clutch... u wil most likley have to bleed it and take can take a good amount of effort and time if ur alone...

Well for those who might be interested out of sheer curiousity, here's an update. My master cylinder and slave are done.

So i'm looking to purchase a new set up. I;m thinking JWT clutch and flywheel combo?

Any idea what i'm looking at as far as labor? A rough estimate from people who have paid to have it done? I need to find out the price of a new master and slave cylinder too. i'll start doing some searches

My car was stuck at work for about 4 days, now she's finally back in my garage as of yesterday. The only thing that keeps my head up right now is the fact that when the Z is back, it will be stronger and funner than ever with this new set up.

P.S. the date i had that night went great . I borrowed my uncles Titan so it was all good (i have another truck but it's a beater). alright guys thanks for the help
