Vin or order number.
Ah, a Bakersfield boy. Lived there 19 years. In the past four months I have found out on this board and through personal experience that the dealer is a black hole of information. Did you pre-order?

Wave at the Bakersfield Country Club as you go past on 58, Nordy. Spent many hours and many strokes there.

Your dealer (I presume you're dealing with the fleet manager, heaven help you if you're only point of contact is a regular sales guy) knows or can find out more than they have shared with you so far. There are tons of threads on this topic, run a search for ZISME and you'll find much of interest.
Generally, the process works like this:
1. Brow beat the living schnot out of your dealer until they run screaming to their Inventory Manager (the only guy at most dealerships that seems to know anything at all) and get you a tracking number. This will most likely start with a letter like T or W...
3. Continue to push then and there (and periodically thereafter as needed) for a build month and probable delivery month. These will be loose estimates only so don't count your chickens just yet.
4. A couple days after the ship leaves Yokohama harbor (check out this link: http://www.wls-usa.com/wls-1c.htm for shipping schedules), your dealer should be able to run a report that will give him the VIN. Again, the ZISME posts will give you detailed information including report name and number in case your dealer is too boneheaded to know they have this information available.
5. Brow beat the dealer into giving you the VIN.
6. Wait anxiously throughout this whole process until you ready to go completely berzerk.
7. Take heart in the company of the several thousand other miserable bastards on this forum who are doing the same.
Good luck.
