Another ZR! Looks clean other than having the infamous 5th gear issue. Listing indicates that the synchro needs to be replaced at only 15K miles... I wonder if that simply means it has the notorious grind.

Total loss with rebuilt title, resprayed white from black, 7 previous owners, and an alleged $12K invested in repairs...

If all of that is true, I think seller is about to take a bath on this one.

 

Sounds like this one should be listed on FB market or Cars and Bids. The front grill trim pieces are missing. I'm kind of shocked BaT is even listing this.

I was outbid by $349.76 USD

 

...and the soft top rear window is said to require a reseal.

Maybe it's just the angle/lighting, but it honestly looks like the glass is not even attached. lol.

 

I actually just read the description....

"Collision damage is reported and the vehicle was declared a total loss by an insurance company, according to a November 2024 entry of the Carfax report, which also notes damage to the front in a separate November 2024 entry. The report states that multiple rebuilt and salvage titles were issued from February 2025 through August 2025."

That resprayed white ZR shltbox sold for $4,200.

Comments claiming it was a steal or phenomenal deal. Not really sure about that. TBH, I think that's a fair price for everything going on with it. Even a little surprised it broke $4K. Seller says he bought it from copart for $4200. "Payed $3000 cash for the paint." Sounds like someone should have gone the Maaco route.

Beautiful example. Wow, no reserve either! Total garage queen! Should fetch a good price. It sort of feels like all the coupes were gobbled up by the drifter market and ZR survivors are all that's left!

Fairly low mileage supercharged ZR with no reserve...



Looks mostly stock other than the Stillen roots style SC and the accompanying hood. Never really been the biggest fan of the Stllen hood with this setup, but I do love that whine noise.

Very cool. The Stillen SC is CA (C.A.R.B.) legal. Had a co-worker back in 2004 with this setup on a G35. For the time, it was fast.
