Default NATS troubleshooting

I'm doing an engine swap from a 2006 350z with the RevUp motor into a 2005 shell. I moved over the engine and tranny, the ECU, and the BCM, and the steering column with the "antenna" for the transponder key, and yet I'm still having the NATS interfering with the car and not letting it start (cutting fuel/spark I believe). Does anyone have any experience in this dept.? I would've thought with all the components from the old car that it wouldn't be an issue, but apparently that's not correct

Thanks
