Default Where is NATS unit? Intermittent Starting Problems due to NATS

From my searches, it seems I have the intermittent startup problem due to a failing NATS. I am not sure if this is a standalone unit, or if it is controlled through the BCM. Either ways, where are both of these components located in our Z?

Also, does the NATS have some sensor or reciever from the chip in the key? If so, where would that be located?

I've reset both keys and I'm still having startup problems. Takes a dozen tries to start it sometimes. I'm guessing its a failing NATS.

Thanks in advanced.

NATS is part of the BCM. It's located behind the driver side kick panel (same area as fuse box; next to dead pedal).
