Default Transgo 350z tuned on Link G4 NEED HELP

Hi guys, I'm having a little trouble with my automatic 2003 350z. So it's had a transgo shifting kit installed for a while now and everything was going fine. Earlier this year I installed a Link G4 ECU (automatic specific) and had the car tuned with a few other supporting mods which was great, but I noticed that the shifting times had been greatly reduced and had become quite soft and "lazy". Before the tune the shifting was instantaneous and shifted with a fair amount of force. From what I can gather from the tuner the Link isn't able to receive data from the TCU (or we can't access it from the Link) whereas the factory computer could. This seems strange though seeing as the transgo kit is a mechanical part which required no tuning.
Anyone else came across this issue or have any suggestions on how to get it back shifting how it used to? The only reason I went with a link ECU is because the tuners software wasn't compatable with the factory computer (2003 A/T was the only model it didn't support lol) The tuner is currently talking with Link for a solution but any additional help would be much appreciated.
Hopefully I haven't left out any details, first time posting here

Not too many people run the Link G4+. And the few that do have 6mt.

It does sound like the Link is getting an abnormal signal. I’d
contact Link directly they have exceptionally good support. I’ve enjoyed my G4+!!!!

I'd agree it's a great ECU, only went along with the tuners recommendation and the tune couldn't have gone much better aside from this small issue! Car is still heaps of fun, just gonna have to wait for Link to get back to me. I'll let the pros handle it lol
Cheers
