Low trap speed in 1/4mile!!!
I have a 2006 350z touring 5at close to FBO with uprev dyno tune. And in the 1/4 I’m trapping 13.8s at 99-100mph, I really think my trap speed should be higher... and recommendations. Also I have 3.692 gears.
My mods are: 3.7 gears, 5/16 spacer, Admin 3.5” intake, NWP 75mm Throttle Body, Spec-D Exhaust, 1320 resonated Test Pipes.
254 wheel horsepower (Dynojet)
236 wheel torque (Dynojet)
My Best Quarter Mile slip
60f: 2.104
330’ 5.850
1/8: 8.929 @ 79.87
1/4: 13.810 @ 99.65mph

The other thing to consider is your shift point- are you shifting manually or in Auto Mode? If I were you I'd make 2 more runs, 1 shifting at 5K and 1 in Auto Mode, see which one is better. The tranny isn't going to know you changed from 3.3 to 3.7 but that's a huge advantage of a line.

If you are concerned about 4mph in a 1/4 mile run you have a lot of extra time on your hands. For the a/t you don't mention installing a TransGo valve kit. That is your next upgrade.

Drop weight ...
you'll pick up speed on the top end.
Start by doing all the free stuff (for the track)take everything out of the car, remove passenger seat, remove spare tire/jack/tools, 1/2 tank of fuel (dont go below 1/2 tank IMO - you need some weight over the rear wheels)
if you want to spend some money:
Lighter wheels
lighter/light single exhaust
light weight battery
you'll pick up speed on the top end.

cams a good amount but they are difficult to install and expensive to purchase
You've really covered all the easy / bolt-on items (other than the motordyne plenum) and if you want more power you need a turbo or supercharger...
I would turbo or supercharger before I did cams and (despite the popularity - sorry Trav!!) I wouldnt LS swap - too big of a task/too many things to go wrong for 400hp when you put a turbo/supercharger for less money and less hassle.

The torque band for the VQ35 tops out at 6200rpm. A stock engine literally has no more power to give after that regardless of gears.
Think about it and read my comment again. That high shift point may be exactly what's off for you.
