I have a 2006 350z, it is FBO and tuned, I plan on having my shop install Cams and Valve springs soon, along with headers. My car is at 97,000 miles, what should I go ahead and have them replace while doing the cam job? What parts would be accessible to replace while installing cams?

 

I would replace the gaskets & valvetrain retainers/shims/buckets while you are in there.
