Welcome- but you'll have better luck posting threads like this in the private classifieds under WTB (want to buy) section. Also, you might have more immediate choices checking fleabay for halogen headlights ready for sale.

Also, because of TÜV, make sure that the new LHD headlights have the correct lighting pattern. The DOT lighting pattern for the US is different than for German cars. Our DOT pattern stinks. There is a sharper cut-off edge to the German pattern.

Sorry...I try and practice my German when I can

Thanks, your german is really good .
its ok to write and conversate in english.

i know what you mean with the DOT and lightning radius, that is no problem for tüv. It is important to have halogen.

Does all halogen headlights have 6-pin connector?
my car has 8-Pins.

greetings
Patrick

6-pin = halogen
8-pin = High intensity discharge (HID)

Are you allowed to run HID? Here in the US, there are at least as many HID equipped Zs as halogen, probably more as all trims except Base use them.

If so, it’s easiest to find an HID set second hand or new on Ebay or other Euro sources. Better lighting than halogen as well.

”Depo” is recognized as the most legitimate manufacturer of replica headlights. If you can find a set of 2006+ OEM or Depo headlights, you’ll be way ahead as these the best performing light sets.
