Default Buying a new Z trend I am seeing

I am after a Z that I can turn into a casual drift car. preferably 2007 - 2009 HR engine ones. I have driven a DE years ago when a friend and I traded cars for a week. It was alright but was glad to have my s2000 back lol, needless to say I would go S2k again if it weren't for its glass differential that makes it not ideal for drift, that plus it doesn't have any steering angle and narrow wheelbase makes it a handful. Anyway went on a tangent, During my searches I've found this trend

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...6184573752426/

Here's the VIN JN1BZ34D67M502241

Base 350z's being marketed as enthusiast or touring when they are obviously not. The one above would have been ideal if it had been a enthusiast, track or touring but it is not. Also, it has been rear ended in 2010, and front end damage, owned by a bunch of careless behind the wheel owners it looks like. It would come out to $7500 OTD, but I feel I'd rather spend a bit more and get a cleaner car since it's not that good of a deal with a salvage title, history and it being a base model. Also I've seen cars being marketed at W/S01 What is that all about?

The plan for the car would be to get a Tomei advance T-TRAXX 2 way LSD, GK-tech steering angle kit, coil-overs with 10k springs up front and 12k or 5k with custom valving in rear, OEM sways, GKtech hydro e-brake kit with secondary OEM calipers, nardi 350mm leather titanium steering wheel, Bride VIOS III low max seat.

Well the base model is the diamond in the rough, especially for track or drift duties.Do your research.

Good call, I actually went to see this car and I wondered why the engine sounded like marbles heads must not be getting adequate flow. Plus, They wouldn't let me drive it because "so many people just come to drive it" they are a dealer that is their job. Anyway, hard pass on it

That z lived a hard life, whomever had it before took 0 pride in it:
Bumper bulge below right headlight, plastic dip and gashed up wheel, missing logos, panel gaps are messed up all around the hood and front fenders, ricer exhaust with one silencer.
