Default E Brake light coming on intermittently?

E brake light came on yesterday for a minute while I was bedding my brakes. I had resurfaced my rotors with a rotor hone so had to rebed. Didn't think much of it

Park the car last night w/o e brake. Was driving this morning and it came in for about 3 minutes then turned off again. Weird?

Anybody know why this is happening?

Check your brake fluid level. It might be low.

It was a hair above minimum. Does it go off when it gets below that? Might have been below that this morning since it was like 47 degrees out and the car was cold

Yeah it's common for cars to do that.

I actually prefer the other. I like when the car tells me if my coolant or oil or any fluid is low. And which light bulb went out. And the temperatuee of all the fluids.
