I have a 2005 350z with automatic transmission. How much would it cost to replace the transmission? I was quoted $4700. Does this seem right?

 

If you can find a rebuilt one with warranty you might pay half of that with a slightly longer warranty, but a brand new AT tranny will definitely run you about $4-5K. I was in that same boat with mine about two years ago and went with the rebuilt option.
