I recently got a limp mode tuning intake and I can’t use the passenger side pcv with that intake can I just put a breather filter on the hose that’s on the passenger side and for the other pcv I have a catch can. If I do that I should be good right?

 

You can do that, but you may not pass emissions depending on the local regulations. You would install a breather filter and block off the port going into the plenum - like this:
